Mr. West provided Engineering Design services for the Windover Road and Sierra Madre Villa Water Main Replacement project. The project involved the replacement of approximately 2,500 feet of existing mains with one 8-inch distribution main and one 16-inch transmission main.  The distribution main included service lateral connections, hydrants, air-vac, and blow-off assemblies. The transmission main included a large valve vault connection at the base of the District’s Vosburg Reservoir. The new valve vault replaced the old valve vault and required significant cuts into the existing hillside slope. This required a new concrete retaining wall and a concrete base to house the above-grade valve vault
