West & Associates provided Engineering services for the preparation of the Lake Arrowhead Community Services District’s 2015 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP). The project involved an analysis of the District’s water system, calculation of future growth, demands, and water supply, and a plan of action to manage supplies under various climatic and emergency conditions. The project also involved coordination with outside agencies and with the general public.
